Updated Strata Sales Information Now Available
Updated Strata Sales Information in Professional Standards Manual
The Council is pleased to announce that completely revised and updated information on Strata Sales has been introduced in the Professional Standards Manual.
The revised material includes new and expanded information on key topics such as sections, air space parcels, and depreciation reports, as well as an in-depth introduction to strata property governance and legislation. Licensees are encouraged to review this new material on Strata Sales.
If you have limited experience in strata property transactions, consult with your managing broker whenever issues arise that you’re unsure how to handle — or consider referring the client to another licensee with more experience in strata sales.
