As part of its Strata Insurance Report, BC Financial Services Authority (“BCFSA”) held discussions with insurance intermediaries who identified capacity issues in the market. The discussions resulted in BCFSA determining that a temporary forbearance with the aim to ease capacity issues was appropriate. Check out our Advisory for more information.
